Founded under the compassionate leadership of Tamara, All Paws Matter Cat Rescue Inc. was created to respond to the growing need for feline shelter, medical care, and rehoming services across Liberty, NY and surrounding Sullivan County communities.
Too many cats face harsh winters, untreated illness, and overpopulation on the streets. Tamara’s rescue efforts focus on intercepting these animals, providing personal hands-on care, and restoring their health and dignity.
